Accredited moving and repositioning training

This Moving and Repositioning refresher course covers all of the theory, legislation and practical elements of People and inanimate objects handling.

Because the moving and handling of people is a regular task in health and social care, if not done safely it can cause serious injury to service users and staff.

The type and amount of equipment needed will vary according to the specific needs of care service users. When providing equipment, providers should consider the safety of the individual and staff.

Becuase our training facilities are fully equipped with all the neccessary equipment. We are able to offer effective training in but not limited to:

  • Electric patient hoists
  • Slide sheets
  • Handling belts
  • Transfer boards and much more.

But remember, if the dates are not right for you, give us a call.We can ‘purpose’ build one just for you. So, all of our courses are classroom taught by qualified nurses, teachers,medical and military personnel. So you can be sure that we will deliver effective and cost effective training.
